Job Role & Work Details
BEML Manufacturing Unit లో జూనియర్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ గా పని చేయడం అంటే production floor లో technical పని అన్నమాట. ఎంత discipline చదివారు అనేదాన్ని బట్టి పని ఉంటుంది.
Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering చదివిన వాళ్ళకు manufacturing processes, machine operations, quality checks వంటి పని ఉంటుంది. Electrical & Electronics background ఉన్న వాళ్ళకు electrical systems, wiring, power equipment మీద పని ఉంటుంది. Electronics & Telecommunication లేదా Instrumentation చదివిన వాళ్ళకు control systems, instruments, sensors రిలేటెడ్ పని ఉంటుంది.

Salary / Stipend Details

Selection Process
1-Year Contract పోస్టులకు: Written test అస్సలు ఉండదు. BE/B.Tech లో all semesters కలిపి average percentage చూసి select చేస్తారు. Marks ఎక్కువ ఉంటే చాలు.
4-Year Contract పోస్టులకు: Stage 1 – Written Test ఉంటుంది. 1 గంట duration, 60 MCQs, Technical ability మీద questions ఉంటాయి. Negative marking ఉండదు. Minimum 45% రావాలి (SC/ST/PwD కి 40%). Stage 2 – Written test లో shortlist అయిన వాళ్ళకు Document Verification ఉంటుంది.
