1. IBPS PO 2025: పరీక్ష పద్ధతి – మొదటిది అర్థం చేసుకో!

IBPS అంటే Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. ఇది ప్రతి సంవత్సరం చాలా బ్యాంకింగ్ పోస్టులకు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించే సంస్థ. Probationary Officer (PO) ఉద్యోగం అనేది ఏ బ్యాంకులోనైనా మెరుగైన పోస్టుగా పరిగణించబడుతుంది. దీనిలోకి సెలెక్ట్ అవ్వాలంటే మీరు మూడు దశలు దాటాలి:

2. Preliminary Exam – మొదటి మెట్టు, కానీ తక్కువగా అంచనా వేయకండి

ఇవి అన్నీ కలిపి ఒక grand test లాగ ఉంటుంది. కాబట్టి preparation కూడా అదే స్థాయిలో ఉండాలి.

4. Interview – Final stage

నీలో ఉన్న communication, attitude, subject clarity మాపెడతాయి,Interview అనేది 100 marks scale లో ఉంటుంది. Final merit list తయారు చేయడంలో mains కి 80% weightage, interview కి 20% weightage ఉంటుంది. Interview లో మీకు banking గురించి basic knowledge ఉందా? మీ communication style ఎలా ఉంది? current issues పట్ల మీ thinking ఎలా ఉంది అన్నవి చూశారు.

5. Subject-wise ప్రిపరేషన్ స్ట్రాటజీ – ఒక్కొక్కటి ఎలా చదవాలి?

ఇప్పుడు ప్రతి section కి ప్రత్యేకంగా ఎలా ప్రిపేర్ అవ్వాలో చూద్దాం:

English Language – వదిలేయకూడదు, సింపుల్ గా స్కోరు వచ్చే subject ఇదే!
Reading Comprehension: The Hindu / Indian Express లాంటి ఎడిటోరియల్ base చేసుకుని daily read చేయడం వలన vocabulary & structure develop అవుతుంది.

Vocabulary: Daily 10 కొత్త పదాలు నేర్చుకుంటే, exam time లో ఒక RC లో అర్థం కాని పదాల వలన time waste కాకుండా ఉంటుంది.

Quantitative Aptitude – base బలంగా ఉంటేనే success

Prelims లో seating arrangements, puzzles dominate చేస్తాయి. మీరు pattern గుర్తించగలిగితే solve చేయడం చాలా easy.

Blood relations, Direction sense, Inequality, Coding-Decoding లాంటి basics అన్ని మున్ముందు నీకు DI, Analytical Reasoning లో help చేస్తాయి.

Practice – online quizzes & mock tests చాలా ఉపయోగపడతాయి. Time limit తో practice చేయండి.

General / Banking / Economy Awareness – theory అయినా, smart study ఇక్కడే ఉపయోగపడుతుంది
RBI policies, inflation, banking schemes, recent committees, budget allocations – ఇవన్నీ తెలుసుకోవాలి.

Monthly Current Affairs PDFs – 2 సార్లు చదివితే చాలూ, mind లో set అయిపోతుంది.

Revise – revise – revise. ఎంత ఎక్కువ revise చేస్తే, అంత confident గా feel అవుతారు.

Descriptive Writing – ఎక్కువమంది ఇది కారణంగా fail అవుతారు

6. Study Plan – ఎలా పధ్ధతిగా చదవాలి?

ఇక్కడ చిన్న గైడ్:

మొదటి 2 వారాలు – prelims basics, subject-wise 2 గంటల చొప్పున.

3వ-4వ వారాలు – Mains level questions మీద ప్రాక్టీస్.

ప్రతి రోజు 1 hour – current affairs

1 hour – descriptive writing or vocab building

రోజు మొత్తానికి 6 గంటలు ప్రిపరేషన్ అంటే చాలు – consistency ఉంటే మీరు IBPS PO race లో ఉండగలరు.

7. Mock Tests, Practice Papers – వీటిని అంత తక్కువగా చూడకండి

రోజు ఒక full-length mock test attempt చేయండి.

తర్వాత 1–1.5 గంటల పాటు ఆ mock ని properly analyze చేయాలి.

8. Interview Preparation – చివరికి మీ personality ముఖ్యం

Banking basics తెలుసుకోండి – RBI, NABARD, SBI, IBPS రోల్స్.

Mock interviews చేయించుకోవడం మంచిది.
