పరిచయం

అయ్యా మన వాళ్లకి గుడ్ న్యూస్ వచ్చింది. ఢిల్లీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ అథారిటీ (DDA) 2025లో పెద్ద నోటిఫికేషన్ రిలీజ్ చేసింది. మొత్తం 1732 పోస్టులు ఖాళీగా ఉన్నాయ్. వీటిలో Junior Engineer, Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) తో పాటు ఇంకో చాలా రకాల పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ ఉద్యోగాలు పర్మనెంట్ సెంట్రల్ గవర్నమెంట్ జాబ్స్, కాబట్టి మన AP, Telangana వాళ్లకు కూడా సమాన ఛాన్స్ ఉంటుంది.

ఇది కేవలం Delhi వాళ్లకే కాదురా, ఎవరైనా ఇండియాలోనుంచి అప్లై చేసుకోవచ్చు. కాబట్టి మనకు ఇది గోల్డెన్ ఛాన్స్ లాంటిది. Salary కూడా చాలా decent గా ఉంటుంది, పైగా పెన్షన్ బెనిఫిట్స్ కూడా ఉంటాయి.

ఇక చూడు, MTS మాత్రమే 745 ఖాళీలు ఉన్నాయి. అంటే ఎక్కువ ఛాన్స్ మనకే. అలాగే Junior Engineer పోస్టులు కూడా చాలానే ఉన్నాయ్.

అర్హతలు (Eligibility)

Educational Qualification అంటే ప్రతి పోస్టుకి వేరే వేరే requirement ఉంటుంది. DDA norms ప్రకారం 10th/12th, Diploma, Degree ఉన్న వాళ్లకి ఛాన్స్ ఉంది. ఉదాహరణకి:

• Junior Engineer కి Diploma/Degree in Engineering కావాలి.

• MTS కి 10th క్లాస్ సరిపోతుంది.

• Stenographer కి 12th + Steno typing skill కావాలి.

• Legal Assistant, Planning Assistant వంటి పోస్టులకు Degree అవసరం.

అంటే, కనీసం SSC/Inter చదివిన వాళ్లకే మంచి ఛాన్స్ ఉంది.

వయసు పరిమితి (Age Limit)

సాధారణంగా 18 సంవత్సరాల నుంచి 27/30 ఏళ్ల మధ్యలో ఉన్న వాళ్లు అప్లై చేయవచ్చు. కొన్ని higher పోస్టులకు 35 years వరకు ఉంటుంది. Category-wise relaxation (SC, ST, OBC, PWD) ఉంటుంది.

జీతం (Salary)

Salary పోస్టు బట్టి మారుతుంది. ఉదాహరణకి:

• Junior Engineer – 35,000 పైగా ఉంటుంది.

• MTS – 20,000 నుండి మొదలు అవుతుంది.

• Assistant Director, AEE లాంటివి ఇంకా ఎక్కువ, 50,000–60,000 వరకు వస్తుంది.

అంటే సెంట్రల్ గవర్నమెంట్ scale కాబట్టి, Salary + Allowances కలిపి బాగుంటుంది.

సెలక్షన్ ప్రాసెస్ (Selection Process)

ఇక్కడ ముఖ్యంగా:

• Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Interview (కొన్ని higher పోస్టులకు మాత్రమే)

Junior Engineer, MTS లాంటి పోస్టులకు mostly CBT exam తోనే select చేస్తారు. Written exam లో qualify అయితే direct selection.

అప్లికేషన్ ఫీజు

Official notification లో clear గా mention చేస్తారు. General/OBC candidates కి application fee ఉంటుంది. SC/ST, Women, PWD లకు చాలా సార్లు fee మాఫీ చేస్తారు.

ఎలా అప్లై చెయ్యాలి? (How to Apply)

ఇది online application మాత్రమే. Step by step process ఇలా ఉంటుంది:

1. ముందుగా DDA official website open చెయ్యాలి (dda.gov.in).

2. Recruitment 2025 section లోకి వెళ్లాలి.

3. నీకు apply చేయాలనుకున్న పోస్టు notification open చేసుకుని eligibility check చెయ్యాలి.

4. Online application form fill చెయ్యాలి. Name, Education details, Address అన్ని correct గా పెట్టాలి.

5. Documents (photo, signature, certificates) upload చెయ్యాలి.

6. Application fee ఉంటే online ద్వారా payment చెయ్యాలి.

7. Form submit చేసిన తర్వాత, Application number/acknowledgement print తీసుకోవాలి.

అంటే, ఒక నెల టైం ఉంది. Last date వరకు ఆగకుండా ముందుగానే apply చెయ్యడం మంచిది.

ఎందుకు Apply చేయాలి?

1. Central Govt Permanent Jobs – pension, job security.

• JE పోస్టులు Engineering చదివిన వాళ్లకి మంచి chance.
