పరిచయం

Railway jobs అంటే మనలో చాలా మందికి ఒక dream job లాంటిది. Central government లో settle అవ్వాలని, life long secure job కావాలని చాలామంది ఆశ పడతారు. Railway లో ఒక strong entry point ఏంటంటే – అదే Apprenticeship. Apprentice చేసేవాళ్లకి later లో railway recruitment లో చాలా benefits వస్తాయి. Level-1 Group D jobs లో 20% వరకు reservations ఉంటాయి apprentice చేసుకున్న వాళ్లకి. Technician category కి కూడా ఇదే benefit apply అవుతుంది. అంటే ఒకసారి apprentice certificate ఉంటే, direct ga competition లో ఒక అడుగు ముందే ఉన్నట్టు.

ఇప్పుడు North Central Railway నుంచి freshగా ఒక notification వచ్చింది. మొత్తం 1763 apprentice posts release అయ్యాయి. Agra, Jhansi, Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) divisions లో ఈ ఉద్యోగాలు ఉంటాయి. Eligibility, trades list, fee, apply process అన్నీ ఒక్కొక్కటిగా చూద్దాం.

  ఇది చిన్న notification కాదు రా, చాలా పెద్దది. ఒక్కో trade లో వందల్లో posts ఇచ్చారు.

చూస్తేనే అర్థమవుతుంది – technical trades నుండి computer side వరకు చాలా options ఉన్నాయని.

Eligibility వివరాలు

• Educational qualification: కనీసం 10th class pass అయి ఉండాలి recognized board నుంచి.

• అదనంగా apprentice apply చేయడానికి compulsory గా ITI certificate ఉండాలి సంబంధిత trade లో.

Age limit

• Minimum age – 15 years

• Maximum age – 24 years (as on 16-09-2025)

Age relaxation

• OBC – 3 years

• SC/ST – 5 years

• PwBD – 10 years

Application fee

• General/OBC candidates: ₹100

• SC/ST/PwBD/Transgender/Female candidates: No fee

Selection process

ఈ apprentice recruitment లో exam ఏమీ ఉండదు.
👉 Pure merit basis మీదే selection జరుగుతుంది.

• 10th marks + ITI marks combine చేసి ఒక merit list తయారు చేస్తారు.

• అందులో top లో ఉన్నవాళ్లకి apprentice అవకాశం ఇస్తారు.

Salary

Apprentice కి stipend ఇస్తారు. అది ప్రతి సంవత్సరం Ministry of Skill Development rules ప్రకారం ఉంటుంది. Training పూర్తయిన తర్వాత, certificate ఇస్తారు. ఆ certificate వల్లే later లో railway group D, technician jobs లో 20% reservation directగా వస్తుంది.

Apprentice చేసే main advantage

ఇది చాలా మందికి తెలియని strong point.

• Apprentice చేసి certificate పొందిన వాళ్లకి తరువాత Railway recruitment లో separate quota ఉంటుంది.

• Group D level-1 లో 20% posts apprentice quota ద్వారా వస్తాయి. అంటే lakhs of candidates compete చేస్తున్నా, నువ్వు ఈ quota వల్ల easy గా select అవ్వగలవు.

• Technician jobs కి కూడా ఈ quota help చేస్తుంది.

• Future లో railway లో job crack చేయడం చాలా easy అవుతుంది apprentice ఉన్నవాళ్లకి.

అందుకే ఎవరు railway లో settle అవ్వాలని అనుకుంటున్నారో వాళ్లు ఈ apprentice chance తప్పకుండా వాడుకోవాలి.

ఎలా apply చేయాలి?

1. Official website rrcpryj.org open చేయాలి.

2. Home page లో “Apprentice Recruitment 2025” link కనిపిస్తుంది – దాన్ని click చేయాలి.

3. Notification పూర్తిగా చదివి, eligibility check చేసుకోవాలి.

4. Online application form లో details fill చేయాలి – పేరు, address, education details, ITI details etc.

5. Documents upload చేయాలి – SSC, ITI certificates, photo, signature.

6. Fee (₹100 for general) online ద్వారా pay చేయాలి.

7. Application submit చేసి, acknowledgment copy save చేసుకోవాలి.

Natural గా చెప్పాలంటే

ఈ apprentice notification ని miss అవ్వకండి. ఎందుకంటే ఇది directగా permanent railway jobs కి దారి తీసే shortcut లాంటిది. Exam లేకుండా merit ఆధారంగా select అవుతారు, తరువాత regular recruitments లో ఈ certificate వల్ల ఒక అడుగు ముందే ఉంటారు.

అందుకే railway లో job crack చేయాలనుకునే ఎవరికైనా ఇది ఒక golden chance. Agra, Jhansi, Prayagraj divisions లో apprenticeship పూర్తయిన తర్వాత మీకు ఒక national level valid certificate వస్తుంది. దీన్ని later లో railway మాత్రమే కాదు, private sector లో కూడా use చేసుకోవచ్చు.

కాబట్టి 10th + ITI complete చేసుకున్నవాళ్లు వెంటనే apply చెయ్యాలి. Last date October 17, 2025 కాబట్టి ఆలస్యం చేయకండి.

 మొత్తం చెప్పాలంటే – ఇది ordinary apprentice notification కాదు, future లో railway లో job confirm అయ్యే chance ని double చేసుకునే opportunity.
