SSC MTS Recruitment 2025 Guide in Telugu : Preparation Strategy
SSC MTS అంటే చిన్న పోస్టే అనుకుంటారు కానీ, ఒకసారి జాబ్ లోకి వెళ్ళాక benefits, stability, promotions చూసి ఏం missing అయిందో అర్థమవుతుంది. ఇప్పుడు 2025 notification prakaaram కొత్త exam pattern, selection process clear గా update చేశాను. ఒకసారి full plan చూడు, step by step గమనిస్తే నీకు అసలు విషయం తెలుస్తుంది.
1. ఎగ్జామ్ ఎలా ఉండబోతుంది? – New Pattern Explanation
2025 నుంచి SSC MTS exam 2 sessions lo conduct chestaru. రికార్డ్ కోసం అర్ధం చేస్కోండి:
Session-I: (Negative Marking లెదు)
Time: 45 minutes (scribes కి 60 min)
Numerical & Mathematical Ability: 20 Questions – 60 Marks
Reasoning & Problem Solving: 20 Questions – 60 Marks
ఈ session lo ఏమాత్రం negative marking లేదు. అంటే, doubt ఉన్నవన్నీ guess చేసేయొచ్చు.
Session-II: (Negative Marking ఉంటుంది)
Time: 45 minutes (scribes కి 60 min)
General Awareness: 25 Questions – 75 Marks
English Language & Comprehension: 25 Questions – 75 Marks
Negative marking ఉంటుంది – ప్రతి తప్పు answer కి 1 mark cut అవుతుంది. కాబట్టి యాద్రుచ్ఛికంగా answer పెట్టే ముందు రెండుసార్లు ఆలోచించాలి.
2. PET/PST ఎవరికీ అవసరం?
MTS కి అసలు PET/PST ఉండదు అన్నది 100% నిజం. Havaldar posts apply చేసినవాళ్లకే PET/PST ఉంటుంది.
Havaldar Physical Standards:
పురుషులు:
Walking – 1600 meters in 15 minutes
Cycling – 8 km in 30 mins
మహిళలు:
Walking – 1 km in 20 mins
Cycling – 3 km in 25 mins
ఇవి PET లో evaluate చేస్తారు. ఒక్కో zone కు eligibility standards kooda differ avachu, కాబట్టి official notification లో ఉన్న PET/PST norms చూడు.
3. ఏ books/useful content చదవాలి? – Simple ga cheptha
ఒక్కో section కి మంచి practice books ఉండాలి, కానీ భారం అయ్యేంత కాదురా.
Numerical Ability: R.S. Aggarwal or Kiran Publication – SSC MTS Maths
Reasoning: Lucid type lo Kiran or Adda247 book
GK: Lucent General Knowledge – Telugu edition or English
English: Objective General English by S.P. Bakshi

4. Preparation Plan – వీళ్లు చేస్తున్న 3 major mistakes నువ్వు చెయ్యకూడదు
Mistake 1:
Session 1 lo negative marking లెదు అని full questions guess cheyyatడం. (అది ఓకే, కానీ session 2 lo repeat చేస్తే fail అవుతావు)
Mistake 2:
GK ni అండర్ ఎస్టిమేట్ చేయడం. అన్ని sections lo GK weightage ఎక్కువ – 75 marks ఉంది.
Mistake 3:
Offline ప్రిపరేషన్ మీదే heavily depend అయిపోవడం. Online mock tests లేకుండా ఎలా manage chestaru?
5. Preparation Strategy – మూడున్నర నెలల ప్లాన్
Week 1–4: Basics + Section-wise
Daily 2 hrs maths
1 hr reasoning
1 hr English
1 hr GK
Week 5–8:
Focus on weaker areas
GK daily revise చేయాలి
Weekly 3 mock tests attempt చేయాలి
Week 9–12:
Full-length mocks
Previous year papers
Timed practice (Session 1 & 2 separately)
Week 13–14 (Last stretch):
Only revision
Daily 2 mocks

6. Time management – exam lo టైమింగ్ ఎలా దంచేయాలి?
Session 1 lo 40 questions కి 45 mins. అనిపించవచ్చు easy ani. But Session 2 lo tricky options ఉంటాయి. కావున:
Reasoning: 20 mins lo complete చేయాలి
Maths: 25 mins lo complete చేయాలి
GK: 20 mins lo
English: 25 mins lo
ఇలా సెట్ చేసుకుంటే practice time lo full paper within time solve avuthundi.
7. Final advice – ఇది జీతం కాదు, జీవితం మారిపోయే అవకాశం
SSC MTS posts చాలా ఉండే అవకాసం ఉంటుంది. Number of vacancies huge untayi (పలు departments lo). ఇప్పుడు start చేస్తే 2 months లో confident అవ్వచ్చు. పైగా Group D range lo పర్మినెంట్ job, promotions tho settle అయిపోవచ్చు.
ఇది ఒక stepping stone. ఉద్యోగం వస్తే తర్వాత LDC, UDC, DEO exams prepare అయ్యే స్థాయికి పోతావు.
