అర్హతలు (Eligibility)

1. భాష:
   English communication చాలా fluently రావాలి. ఎందుకంటే clients అంతా U.S., Dubai, మరియు ఇతర దేశాల నుండి ఉంటారు.

2. చదువు:
   Graduate అయ్యి ఉండాలి అనేది తప్పనిసరి కాదు. Undergraduate అయినా apply చేయొచ్చు. 12th pass అయినా అవకాశం ఉంది.

3. Experience:

4. Location:
   Company office కి 15 kms పరిధిలో ఉండే వాళ్లే apply చేయాలి. Outstation candidates eligibility లేదు.

5. Other conditions:

జాబ్ రోల్ (Work Nature)

ఇది International Non-Voice Process అయినా కూడా కస్టమర్ సపోర్ట్ categoryలోనే ఉంటుంది. Job role ఏమిటంటే:

• International clients నుంచి వచ్చే emails కి reply ఇవ్వాలి.

• Customers queries, complaints, technical issues అన్నీ email ద్వారా solve చేయాలి.

Job Timings & Work Conditions
