Eligibility (అర్హతలు)

ఈ ఉద్యోగానికి పెద్ద qualifications అవసరం లేదు, కానీ కొన్ని conditions ఉంటాయి:

Salary వివరాలు

Salary ని company Face to Face Discussion లో final చేస్తుంది. కానీ అంచనా package:

• 2.25 LPA నుంచి 2.75 LPA వరకు ఉంటుంది.
  Performance బాగుంటే increment chances కూడా ఉంటాయి.

Working Days & Shifts

• Working Days: వారానికి 5 days పని (2 days rotational week off ఉంటుంది).

• Shifts: Day & Night రెండూ ఉండవచ్చు (rotational basis).

Selection Process

Selection లో పెద్దగా రౌండ్లు ఉండవు. కానీ ఒక ముఖ్యమైన test ఉంటుంది:

1. Versant Test – ఇందులో కనీసం Level 5 score రావాలి. ఇది language, pronunciation, listening skills test చేస్తుంది.

2. HR Discussion – Versant test clear చేసిన తర్వాత HR interview ఉంటుంది.

• Customer Queries Handle చేయాలి: Hindi & English లో clients నుంచి calls వస్తాయి. వాటిని clear చేయాలి.
