Job Role – Virtual Events Associate
ఈ role లో మీరు end-to-end webinars handle చేయాలి. అంటే idea plan చేయడం నుండి promotions, execution, post-event analysis వరకు మీ control లో ఉంటుంది. ఒక్కో event measurable business results ఇవ్వడం లక్ష్యం.
మీ main objectives:

Webinars ని pipeline generator గా మార్చడం –
Webinar planning నుండి start చేసి, promotions, audience acquire చేయడం, తర్వాత event తర్వాత analytics check చేసి results improve చేయడం. -
Atlan webinars ని data professionals కి must-attend events గా మార్చడం –
Regular గా high-quality, engaging, business goals కి match అయ్యే content provide చేయడం. -
Global level లో scalable program create చేయడం –
Repeatable systems build చేసి, వివిధ regions, industry verticals, go-to-market strategies కి support ఇవ్వగల structure develop చేయాలి. -
AI tools తో innovation –
AI ద్వారా personalized content create చేయడం, production process streamline చేయడం, మరియు content ని repurpose చేసి multiple channels లో use చేయడం. -
End-to-end ownership –
Speakers ని recruit చేయడం, వారికి training ఇవ్వడం, audience connect చేయడం, overall event experience design చేయడం. -
Virtual events లో experimentation –
కొత్త formats try చేయడం, virtual conferences arrange చేయడం, engaging models test చేయడం.

Webinar planning & execution – Start నుండి finish వరకు పూర్తి process మీ control లో ఉంటుంది.
