2. Resumes Source చేయడం
   Job portals, job boards, LinkedIn లాంటి sources ద్వారా resumes తీసుకోవాలి.

3. Screening & Shortlisting
   Candidate profiles ని verify చేసి, shortlist చేయాలి.

4. Cold Calling
   Shortlisted candidates కి phone call చేసి, job explain చేసి, interest ఉంటే interview కి schedule చేయాలి.

5. Interviews Schedule చేయడం
   HR / Client interviews కి candidates ని prepare చేసి, time fix చేయాలి.

6. Salary Negotiation
   Candidate కి, client కి మధ్య salary discussion జరిపి, finalise చేయాలి.

7. Offer Process Complete చేయడం
   Candidate select అయిన తర్వాత, offer release అయ్యే వరకు process monitor చేయాలి.
