• కస్టమర్ doubts, queries కి వెంటనే స్పందించాలి.

• Email మరియు live chat ద్వారా సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించాలి.

• కస్టమర్ issue ఏంటో బాగా అర్థం చేసుకుని సరైన solution ఇవ్వాలి.

• సమస్య పెద్దదైతే సంబంధిత internal team కి escalate చేయాలి.

కావలసిన Skills
