APPSC Recruitment 2025 – Junior Accounts Officer, Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant పూర్తి వివరాలు తెలుగులో

పరిచయం

అందరికీ నమస్కారం! ఉద్యోగం కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్న ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ విద్యార్థులకి ఇంకో గుడ్ న్యూస్ వచ్చింది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (APPSC) 2025లో కొత్త రిక్రూట్మెంట్ నోటిఫికేషన్ రిలీజ్ చేసింది. ఇది Notification No. 27/2025, తేదీ 24 సెప్టెంబర్ 2025. ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా Junior Accounts Officer (JAO), Senior Accountant (SA), Junior Accountant (JA) పోస్టులకి అప్లికేషన్లు తీసుకుంటున్నారు.

ఈ ఉద్యోగాలు A.P. Municipal Accounts Subordinate Service లో వస్తాయి. Accounts కి సంబంధించిన జాబ్స్ కాబట్టి Commerce background ఉన్నవాళ్లకి చాలా బాగుంటాయి. ఇక్కడ eligibility, syllabus, exam process, age limits, reservations, apply చేసే విధానం అన్నీ క్లారిటీగా చెబుతున్నాను.

పోస్టులు & Vacancies

ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా మొత్తం 11 పోస్టులు ప్రకటించారు. అవి ఇలా ఉన్నాయి:

1. Junior Accounts Officer (Category-II)

   • వయసు పరిమితి: 18–42 సంవత్సరాలు

   • జీతం: ₹44,570 – ₹1,27,480

   • ఖాళీలు: 01 (Multi Zone-I)

2. Senior Accountant (Category-III)

   • వయసు పరిమితి: 18–42 సంవత్సరాలు

   • జీతం: ₹34,580 – ₹1,07,210

   • ఖాళీలు: 04 (Zones I–IV)

3. Junior Accountant (Category-IV)

   • వయసు పరిమితి: 18–42 సంవత్సరాలు

   • జీతం: ₹25,220 – ₹80,910

   • ఖాళీలు: 06 (Vizianagaram, West Godavari, Guntur, Prakasam, Chittoor, Anantapuramu జిల్లాల్లో)

Special Note: PWD candidates (VH(W)) కి కూడా horizontal reservation ఉంది.

అర్హతలు (Eligibility)

• Educational Qualification:
  అన్ని పోస్టులకు B.Com degree ఉండాలి.
  అదేవిధంగా Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) లో qualify కావాలి.

• Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 18 years

  • Maximum: 42 years (01.07.2025 నాటికి)

• Age Relaxations:

  • SC/ST/BC: 5 years

  • PWD: 10 years

  • Ex-Servicemen/NCC: 3 సంవత్సరాలు + actual service

  • Govt Employees: గరిష్టం 5 సంవత్సరాల వరకు

  • Widows/Divorced Women (SC/ST): 48 years వరకు

  • Widows/Divorced Women (Others): 43 years వరకు

Reservations

• Vertical: SC, ST, BC, EWS candidates కి వర్తిస్తుంది.

• Horizontal: 33% posts మహిళలకు కేటాయించారు. PWD కి కూడా ప్రత్యేక రిజర్వేషన్ ఉంటుంది.

• Local Reservations:

  • JAO – Multi Zone-I

  • SA – Zonal basis

  • JA – District basis

Application Process – Apply చేసే విధానం

Step 1: OTPR Registration

• ముందు psc.ap.gov.in వెబ్‌సైట్ లో One-Time Profile Registration (OTPR) చేసుకోవాలి.

• Already OTPR ID ఉన్నవాళ్లు direct గా login కావచ్చు.

Step 2: Online Application

• OTPR ID, Password తో login అవ్వాలి.

• “Online Application Submission” పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

• Qualifications, Local status, Exam center preferences details ఫిల్ చేయాలి.

• Save చేసి Submit చేస్తే Payment link వస్తుంది.

Step 3: Fee Payment

• Application Processing Fee: ₹250

• Examination Fee: ₹80

• SC/ST/BC, PWD, Ex-Servicemen, White Card holders కి exam fee మినహాయింపు ఉంటుంది.

• Payment Online లోనే చేయాలి.

Step 4: Correction Window

• చివరి తేదీ తరువాత 7 రోజులు వరకు corrections చెయ్యొచ్చు (₹100 ప్రతి correction కి). కానీ Name, Fee, Age relaxation మార్చలేరు.

Step 5: Hall Ticket

• Exam కి ముందు APPSC వెబ్‌సైట్ లో Hall Ticket డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి.

జీతం & బెనిఫిట్స్

• JAO కి జీతం 44 వేల పైగా మొదలవుతుంది.

• Senior Accountant కి 34 వేల రూపాయలు basic scale.

• Junior Accountant కి 25 వేల basic scale ఉంటుంది.

• పైగా allowances, DA, HRA, medical facilities అన్నీ ఉంటాయి.

Important Guidelines

• పూర్తిగా Online Application మాత్రమే.

• Exam కి Mobiles, Calculators, Smart watches తీసుకెళ్ళకూడదు.

• Data తప్పు ఇస్తే application cancel అవుతుంది.

• ఏ Paper కి హాజరు కాని వాళ్లు automatically disqualified అవుతారు.

Competition ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది కాబట్టి సీరియస్ ప్రిపరేషన్ అవసరం. Written exam లో Commerce subject పై బాగా prepare అయితే మంచి chance ఉంటుంది.
