TIFR Hyderabad Notification 2025 – పూర్తి వివరాలు

మనలో చాలా మందికి TIFR అంటే కొత్తగా అనిపించొచ్చు. కానీ ఇది నిజానికి దేశంలోనే ఒక పెద్ద పరిశోధనా సంస్థ. దీనికి పేరు “Tata Institute of Fundamental Research”. మొదట ఇది Tata Trusts సహాయంతో మొదలైందిగానీ, ప్రస్తుతం ఇది Government of India, Department of Atomic Energy కింద నడుస్తుంది. అంటే ఇది పూర్తిగా సర్కారు ఆధీనంలో నడిచే, research మరియు higher education కి సంబంధించిన పెద్ద సంస్థ.

ఇప్పుడు ఈ TIFR Hyderabad నుండి 2025 కి సంబంధించిన ఒక notification వచ్చింది. ఈ advertisement number 2025/03 కింద రెండు రకాల పోస్టులు విడుదల అయ్యాయి. ఒకటి Administrative Officer (C), ఇంకోటి Clerk Trainee. ఇవి రెండూ Hyderabad campus లో ఉండే పోస్టులు, కానీ అవసరమైతే మిగతా TIFR centres కి కూడా transfer అవ్వొచ్చు.

ఇప్పుడు ఈ పోస్టుల గురించి ఒక్కొక్కటిగా చూద్దాం.

Administrative Officer (C) – ఒక పోస్టు

ఇది ఒక permanent nature ఉన్న పోస్టు. మొదట ఒక సంవత్సరం probation period ఉంటుంది, తరువాత performance బట్టి కొనసాగుతుంది. Superannuation age అంటే 60 years వరకు పనిచేసే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

ఈ పోస్టులు permanent కావు. Training nature లో ఉంటాయి. ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు ఉంటాయి, performance బట్టి ఇంకో సంవత్సరం extend అవొచ్చు. కానీ permanent job కి ఇది మారదు. Purely on-job training scheme లాగా treat చేస్తారు.

General Information

• అన్ని పోస్టులు Hyderabad లో ఉంటాయి, కానీ TIFR ఇతర centres కి కూడా transfer అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది.

• Administrative Officer కి మొదట ఒక సంవత్సరం probation ఉంటుంది, తరువాత review తరువాత కొనసాగుతుంది.

• Clerk Trainee కి ఒక సంవత్సరం మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది, ఇంకో సంవత్సరం extend అవొచ్చు. కానీ permanent appointment claim చేయలేరు.

• అవసరమైతే Saturday, Sunday, holidays లో కూడా పని చేయాల్సి వస్తుంది.

• Age relaxation as per GOI rules ఉంటుంది (ex-servicemen, PwBD వంటివారికి మాత్రమే).

• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates కూడా unreserved posts కి apply చేసుకోవచ్చు. కానీ reservation ఈ notification లో లేదు.

• Government/Semi-govt/PSU లో పని చేస్తున్నవాళ్లు proper channel ద్వారా apply చేయాలి.

Travel Allowance (TA)

Administrative Officer పోస్టు కోసం interview కి వచ్చే outstation candidates కి First Class (non-AC) లేదా 3rd AC train fare ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. Air travel చేసేవాళ్లు Govt approved travel agents ద్వారా మాత్రమే tickets తీసుకోవాలి, లేకపోతే train fare మాత్రమే reimburse అవుతుంది.

Clerk Trainee పోస్టులు permanent కావు కానీ fresh graduates కి ఇది ఒక మంచి on-job training అవుతుంది. ఇక్కడ పనిచేసిన experience తర్వాత ఇతర govt లేదా PSU jobs లో కూడా చాలా value ఇస్తుంది.
